As the name suggest, the Lake View City--a new development from Novaland has a beautiful, vast water feature in the centre of the compound, surrounded by luxury villas and terrace houses. The project is located in a very convenient location in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

Tam Minh Technology JSC has worked with the Developer's Research and Development Department to introduce three Elkay's Outdoor Tubular Water Towers featuring a Drinking Fountain and a Bottle Filling Station. 

These high quality outdoor bottle filling stations will serve the residences while having outdoor activities such as walking or running around the cool central lake. One water station is placed near the swimming pool and clubhouse where it will give access to free and safe water at this high traffic location. 

Elkay is the American manufacturer of Water Coolers, Drinking Fountains and Bottle Filling Stations. Elkay's water delivery solutions have been the favourite choice in many famous building around the globe such as the White House, the UN Head Quarter, the Citi Bank Head Office, the world tallest building Burj Khalifa, the iconic Bird Nest Stadium in Beijing, the Singaporean symbolic Marina Bay Sands, just to name a few. Elkay drinking solutions are the most popular choices for Airports and Schools all over the world. 

One of the challenges at the time we worked with Novaland in this project is that the there is a huge demand in the Outdoor Tubular Stainless Steel Bottle Filling Stations and we had the queue for a little time until the American factory can manufacture the ordered products. 

We have recommended the texture color of Evergreen among the 12 choices of color for this project. 

This is not only the beautiful and functional drinking solution but also a strong and durable structure. The product is made of marine-grade Type 316 stainless steel. The material incorporates molybdenum, which significantly increases corrosion resistance. Type 316 is commonly used in many industrial applications involving processing chemicals, as well as high-saline environments such as coastal regions and outdoor areas where deicing salts are common.
